COVID-19 Update

To all of our clients, partners and vendors, in direct response to the COVID-19,ECA has several critical points of information that we need to share regarding our multi-faceted operation:


All Training will be managed through distance learning such as Google Essentials and Google Classroom. All in-person instruction will be suspended until further notice and in accordance with the respective funders’ directives.


ECA’s field operations have been suspended for two weeks, effective March 16, 2020, with the exception of the LIHEAP Crisis program. If there is a no-heat situation, please call  215-560-1583. All administration and clerical workers are working remotely in order to eliminate potential contamination. In the event of an emergency, please call 215-609-1000 and leave a message. We will be actively screening calls hourly during business hours. As more information becomes available, we will update our website with timely information on ECA’s status. Thank you in advance for your understanding and we sincerely hope that you and your loved ones keep safe and healthy.
