With 16 Neighborhood Energy Centers (NEC) located throughout the city, we make it convenient for you to get utility assistance, in your own neighborhood. Most NEC offer a wide variety of services that can help you beyond basic utility services. Trained Energy Counselors are well versed on utility programs so they can help you get help back on track with paying your utilities and budgeting.
Workshops
Home Conservation Workshops
Do it yourself workshop that teaches the audience the basics on how heat travels throughout the home. Attendees are taught how to weatherize their homes, conserve energy, and save money. Attendees get a free home weatherization kit.
Host a Workshop!
Calling all faith groups, community centers, daycares, popup clinics, local political offices, and other organizations: - if you have an audience who needs to know about how to save energy and money at home, tell us! If you bring the people, we'll deliver education!
