Melinda Adorno, Utility Panel

Melinda Adorno has 16 years of experience with Philadelphia Gas Works. Starting in the call center, she moved on to a training role, and for the last 5 years has led the Universal Services Department. Charged with assisting low-income customers seeking to maintain or restore gas service, the department oversees PGW’s discounted billing and grants programs. Specializing in compliance and program management, Melinda works to ensure that Philadelphia families have access to all the resources for which they are eligible.
