Elhadji Ndiaye

Elhadji is the Neighborhood Program Coordination Supervisor in the Neighborhood Advisory Committee (NAC) program. He monitors the NAC program funded by the Division of Housing and Community Development (DHCD). The NAC promote resident participation at the neighborhood level to carry out the city housing and housing related programs i.e., provide necessary services to the community to keep them aware, informed, educated, and engaged. This also includes monitoring the NACs in making sure they meet contractual obligations, stay within their specified budget, and submit invoices to DHCD properly and promptly.
