Hosted on Friday, October 20 at ECA's Green Jobs Training Center, the annual conference brought together city, utility, and community leadership for an incredible day of discussion and learning. Panel topics ranged from clean energy workforce development to untangling home titles and community action. Some highlights included:

• Community action panel with Ahmad Almakky, Environmental Justice Organizer with Clean Water Action

• Q+A on electrification with Steve Luxton, Chief Executive Officer of ECA
