This course prepares individuals to safely work around lead-based paint while renovating residential buildings under the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Renovate, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule.  Lead Safety RRP will benefit anyone who may encounter lead contamination while renovating, repairing or painting. Whenever a home built pre-1978 is recieving work that may disturb lead paint, an EPA RRP certified worker needs to be on site. The course is divided between two hours of hands on training and six hours of classroom learning.  Successful completion of the course results in an EPA-RRP certification.
