Green Jobs Training

“Green Collar Jobs” are creating a wave of excitement since the passage of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), aka stimulus package, which is designed to reduce energy use in the US. ECA works in residential energy efficiency, so the “Green Collar” jobs that we offer are in building science. Approximately 36% of all carbon emissions come from residential buildings. This means that working to reduce energy consumption in every home in America CAN make a big difference in our home energy bills and in the effort to reduce global warming.

ECA offers training opportunities for people of all backgrounds and level of experience. We currently offer the following training programs, all of which culminate in state and/or national certification.
