Mission
The Strawberry Mansion Neighborhood Action Center, Inc. (SMNAC) opened the door on November 2004, which was established to rebuild the Strawberry Mansion community through the empowerment of its residents and to enhance the quality of life by providing services to low and moderate income families.
The Strawberry Mansion community is a North Philadelphia community that lacks accessible and affordable resources or community institutions, the SMNAC seeks to insure the delivery of social and programmatic services to under served residents of the targeted area, while encouraging an active role of residents in the revitalization of its neighborhood.
