History
Carroll Park Community Council was founded in 1977 to improve public safety, and now provides CPCC serves the Carroll Park neighborhood, which is based in West Philadelphia. Our service area is bounded by Market Street on the South, City Line Avenue to the North, the Delaware River to the East, and Cobbs Creek to the West. CPCC has six staff members that serve clients from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on weekdays.
