On Thursday evening, April 22nd, the Energy Coordinating Agency (ECA) will hold a benefit event at the Pyramid Club to celebrate the opening of the John S. and James L. Knight Green Jobs Training Center. The theme of the evening will be “Training for a Greener Tomorrow,” and proceeds will benefit the Training Center. The evening will feature music by the Ken Ulansey Ensemble, dancing, great food, a silent auction featuring products from the best of Philly's "green" businesses, and breathtaking views from the Pyramid Club. Last year, over 230 business, political and civic leaders attended our event, where both Governor Rendell and Mayor Nutter were the featured speakers. This year, ECA will present awards to Mayor Nutter and BJ McDuffie for their contributions to the field.
